A signature with no trail is worth nothing. Every SektorSign contract travels with its own evidence: who, when, from where, and on exactly which document.

Computed when the contract closes. Change a comma in the signed PDF and the hash stops matching, immediately and visibly.

Where it was opened and signed from, along with the browser and operating system used.

In detail
A start date is a date. The paperwork usually arrives late, and the first morning goes on printing, signing and scanning documents that were agreed weeks earlier. Sending them ahead by email removes that from day one entirely.
The contract and everything that travels with it
An employment contract rarely arrives alone: there is a confidentiality annex, a data protection notice, sometimes a restrictive covenant or an equipment policy. Each is its own document with its own fields and its own record, and the person joining can read them at home, in their own time, before they start.
They get one link per document and can sign them one after another. No account, nothing to install.
What you can demonstrate later
For each document: the signed PDF, its SHA-256 hash, and a report with the exact date and time of each signature, the IP address, and the consent text that was shown. That is what answers "when did they sign this" two years later without anyone having to remember.
What is still your job
SektorSign does not file anything with any authority, does not calculate notice periods, and does not check that the contract complies with the law or the agreement that applies to it. It handles sending, signing and the record. The content and the legal obligations stay with whoever is hiring.
