2. What SektorSign is

SektorSign lets you upload a PDF document, name signers, send them a private signing link and keep an evidence record of the process: server dates and times, IP addresses and user agents observed, the consent accepted, and the SHA-256 hashes of the original and the signed document, together with a downloadable report.

The evidence record is a technical record of what happened. It is not a qualified electronic certificate or a qualified timestamp, and SektorSign does not guarantee the validity of any particular document for any particular purpose: that depends on each case and, if in doubt, it is worth taking professional advice.

3. Your account

To send contracts you need an account with truthful details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity carried out from your account and your workspace. Whoever signs does not need an account: they receive a private link, and it is the sender's responsibility to provide correct email addresses.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to upload only lawful documents and to have grounds to process the data of the people you name as signers. Using the service for illegal content, spam or impersonation is not allowed. The holder may suspend accounts or workspaces where use harms the service or third parties.

5. Price

During the launch period the service may be used without payment. The prices published on the site will apply once paid plans are switched on; reasonable notice will be given inside the application, and no charge will be made without express subscription.

6. Availability and liability

The holder aims for reasonable availability and keeps backups of the data, but does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, the holder's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

7. Termination and retention of documents

You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to info@sektorsign.com. Before deleting it, it is worth downloading your documents and their evidence.

If your paid subscription ends or goes unpaid, your documents are kept for 30 days from the end of the paid period. You will receive an email with the deadline; within that period you can reactivate the plan or download your files. After that, the workspace's documents are permanently deleted. Signers keep the copies they received by email as each contract completed.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in any relevant way, it will be announced in the application with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after the change implies accepting it.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Lugo, unless consumer legislation establishes another venue in favour of a consumer user.
