SektorSign is the trade name under which the holder provides the service described in the Terms of service.

2. What this site is for

This site presents and gives access to SektorSign, an application for sending documents to be signed electronically and keeping an evidence record of the process (server dates and times, IP addresses observed, and SHA-256 hashes of the documents).

3. Terms of use

Access to the site is free and makes you a user, which implies accepting this notice. You agree to use the site and the service lawfully, not to damage or overload the infrastructure, and not to attempt to reach other people's data. Using the application with an account is also governed by the Terms of service.

4. Intellectual property

The design, the texts and the code of this site belong to the holder or are licensed for use. The documents users upload belong to those users: SektorSign acquires no right over them and processes them only to provide the service.

5. Liability

The holder works to keep the site available and free of errors, but cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions. The content of the documents users send for signature is the sole responsibility of whoever sends them.

6. Applicable law
